Preparation
Put 1 kg of peeled and chopped potatoes with 3 dl water and a little salt in a large pot and put it on low heat. After five minutes, add 700 g sliced carrots and 250 g sliced onions and cook for 25 minutes. Then mash together and mix in the mix, a splash of milk and a knob of butter.
