6. Payment via PayPal

When you choose to pay via PayPal, the payment is processed through PayPal’s systems.

8. Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address and the information necessary to send and manage the newsletter.

We use Brevo (Brevo SAS) to send our newsletter.

Brevo processes personal data in connection with the services it provides. Brevo states that the databases in which customer data is processed and stored are hosted within the European Union. Depending on the features used, additional technical data may be processed when sending newsletters. When you sign up for the newsletter, information about your subscription may be stored to verify your subscription and the consent you have provided. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter. After unsubscribing, your email address will no longer be used to send regular newsletters.

Brevo’s processing of data is based on the applicable contractual and legal provisions. For this purpose, Brevo provides, among other things, a Data Processing Agreement.

Dutchstore.ch uses cookies and similar technologies that may be necessary for the technical operation of the website and online store.

In our current configuration, only technically necessary cookies are enabled. We do not currently use Google Analytics and have not enabled any Google Analytics, YouTube, or Google Maps cookies. In principle, consent is not required for technically necessary cookies when they are necessary for the operation of the online store as requested by the user.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may result in certain parts of the online store not functioning at all or not functioning properly.
