1.   If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. By making an transaction on this website or by phone or email you agree to our terms and conditions.
2.   The listed prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Dutchstore.ch is not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products listed on this website. The information contained in this website is subject to change without notice (including after submitting your order).
3.   Deliveries are carried out by Swiss Post in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Pick-up in Rüti, Glarus is as well possible.
4.   The products you order will be shipped by Swiss Post. No shipping costs for orders from CHF 150,00. For "priority" orders CHF 2,00 will be added to the listed shipping costs. For "moon express" orders we charge CHF 20,- and for orders with frozen goods CHF 40,00.

For orders less than CHF 150,00 the following shipping costs will be charged:
-   CHF 0,00 shipping costs for orders from CHF 150,00
-   CHF 7,90 shipping costs for orders from CHF 50,01 to CHF 150,00
-   CHF 9,90 shipping costs for orders up to CHF 50,00
5.   Dutchstore guarantees that the delivered products will not be past the best before date or close to the due date within reasonability. Except if these products are on sale (f.ex. with special offers). Delivered products will not be taken back or exchanged by Dutchstore.
6.   The offered products are generally in stock. Exceptionally it may happen that certain products (temporarily) can not be delivered.
7.   For sale products mentioned in a newsletter of on our website, it applies that the special offer continues as long as stock lasts.
8.   Orders can be placed in the web shop or by phone. After filling in the required information and submitting your order you automatically receive an order confirmation which also is your invoice. As soon as the order confirmation has been issued a contractual relationship between the customer and Dutchstore exists. Terms and Conditions apply to each agreement between the customer and Dutchstore. Dutchstore agrees to deliver in accordance with the invoice but may also decide for any reason not to accept the order and refuse it. The customer agrees to accept and pay the listed products.
9.   Providing all ordered products are in stock, delivery will be within one week after payment. If products are unavailable from stock, they will not be delivered later and no substitute products will be delivered. If a product cannot be delivered despite being invoiced the amount will be credited.
10.   In case the ordered products are delivered (partially) damaged, this should immediately be reported to both the deliverer as well as per e-mail to Dutchstore. If damage is visible the whole delivery has to be refused and taken back by the deliverer. If damage is discovered after receipt the damage must be reported within 24 hours. Damaged goods will be replaced or - in case this is not possible - refunded.
11.   Payment options:
a.   If you choose payment by online banking, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. The order will be reserved during ten days. After receipt of payment the order will be shipped. Validity of the purchase agreement expires if payment is not made within the set period. There are no costs related to the receipt of invoice by e-mail.
b.   If you choose payment with payment slip, you either receive the invoice with your order or by mail. In case the invoice is sent with your order the due amount has to be paid within ten days. In case you receive the invoice by mail the order will be shipped after payment. Validity of the purchase agreement expires if payment is not made within the set period. In the case of payments made by payment slip, a charge of CHF 2.00 will apply.
c.   If you choose payment by PayPal, the order will be paid safely on behalf of your credit card or bank account. Therefore a PayPal account is required. Your order will be processed immediately. There are no costs related to the receipt of invoice by PayPal.
12.   We pay great attention to the correct indication of prices and detailed product descriptions. If despite these efforts errors do occur, Dutchstore reserves the right to not deliver the relevant ordered products. Damages claims from customers due to wrong images, descriptions and/or prices of the listed products as well as due to technical errors shall be rejected.
13.   All your personal data will, of course, be treated confidentially. Dutchstore will not provide personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the delivery of your order (as f. ex. your name and address).
14.   To all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements of which these Terms and Conditions apply solely Swiss law is applicable. The place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Glarus or the customer’s place of residence. For legal entities, Glarus is the sole place of jurisdiction.
