According to tradition, the first Enkhuizer Jodekoek was baked in 1606.

What is certain is that since 1925 they have been baked in the bakery in Enkhuizen using traditional methods. It is a delicious crispy cookie with a unique taste for the whole family. Thanks to the handy canister, the cookies stay fresh longer and you can easily take them with you.
