Reypenaer cheese is aged for about one year. Although very old by cheese standards, the sharp taste is missing here. Instead, this cheese is unctuous and soft in flavor that lingers long in the mouth. Ideal to put on the table and cut small leaves from it and delicious with a good glass of wine!
