Bolletje makes it easy for you! All Bolletje real rusks have a small indentation. The notch makes it easy to remove the rusks from the roll, right down to the last rusk. That's what you call “real” rusk. You see it and you taste it.

The whole wheat rusks of Bolletje taste delicious with a slice of old cheese but also with mice, fresh strawberries, comb and many other toppings. Real enjoyment!
