Ingredients:
Rice flour, sugar, potato starch, corn starch, tapioca starch, raising agents (E450; E500), thickeners (E412; E415, E466), salt, psyllium husk seed, dextrose, emulsifier (E471), colorant (E160a).

Preparation method Gluten Free Waffles:
500 grams of mix
375 ml water
100 grams melted butter
125 grams of egg

Mix the ingredients to a cohesive batter. Heat a knob of butter or a dash of oil in the waffle iron and pour in about 70 grams of batter. Close the iron and bake the waffles for about 5 minutes. Pour 70 grams of batter per waffle into the waffle iron and bake for 5 minutes.

Preparation for Gluten-Free Pancakes:
500 grams mix
1025 ml water
100 grams melted butter
125 grams egg

Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. Heat a knob of butter or a dash of oil in a frying pan and pour in some batter. Spread it out over the bottom and bake the gluten-free pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
